BlazeScan provides subscription-based access to a do-it-yourself market data screening and alert engine (SaaS). Users configure their own rules and filters. Alerts and scan results are generated automatically based on your chosen parameters and available market data — they are not recommendations, opinions, or endorsements from us. Subscription fees pay for software access, infrastructure, and optional notification channels — not for personalised investment advice, "calls", or SEBI IA/RA-style research services.

BlazeScan is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser (IA) or Research Analyst (RA). We do not offer personalised investment advice, portfolio management, or execution of trades on your behalf. Nothing on the platform should be understood as a "stock tip", "call", or guaranteed outcome. The word "research" on our platform (where used) refers only to your own informational / screening use of data — not to SEBI-regulated research analyst services. Displayed data may be delayed or aggregated (for example, bar-based updates rather than tick-by-tick). Data is provided for screening and informational purposes only. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. You should verify information independently before any decision.

You alone are responsible for your trading and investment decisions. You should conduct your own due diligence and, where appropriate, consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser or other qualified professional. Securities markets involve substantial risk. Fees, billing cycles, and plan features are described at checkout or on our pricing pages. You are purchasing access to the screening software and related services described at purchase — not advisory or research analyst services. Payments are non-refundable once made, except where we verify a genuine duplicate charge for the same plan (e.g. you paid twice because the first attempt seemed to fail). That exception is described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights under applicable law. By subscribing, you acknowledge refund rules where shown at signup and checkout.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlazeScan and its operators are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the Service, reliance on any data or alert, or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly.
