1. Brand & offering
BlazeScan is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product: a digital platform for self-service market screening. Customers use user-defined technical rules, scanner-style workflows, watchlists, and (where their plan allows) faster refresh or delivery channels such as Telegram — all delivered online through our website and related applications. We do not publish curated trade ideas, "calls", or third-party research reports as a paid product.
2. Nature of services (what we are / are not)
We sell access to software and informational screening tools only. Users choose their own criteria; any lists, alerts, or messages are automated outputs of those rules against market data, for informational / self-directed use. This is not personalised investment advice and not a "trading signals" or "stock tips" service.

3. Business model & payments
Revenue is from recurring or one-time subscription fees for software access (plan tier and feature limits as shown at checkout). Payments may be processed through approved payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay). The customer pays for platform access and features, not for investment performance or research opinions. Charges, billing cycles, and refunds are governed by the plan description at checkout, our Refund Policy, and our Terms of Use.
4. Target customers
Our services are intended for adult individuals who wish to use screening software for their own analysis, typically active or self-directed participants in listed markets (e.g. NSE), subject to eligibility and compliance with applicable law.
5. What the software does (plain summary)
In practice, BlazeScan lets you: build screening rules (indicators, price, session stats, etc.), run scans on chosen universes or watchlists, save strategies, and (if enabled) receive system notifications when your saved rules match — for example via Telegram. The in-app Documentation page explains each field and how rule logic works; it is a product manual, not research or recommendations.

7. Response times
